Scope of Work:
- Located within an old Warehouse in Blair Street, Capital Construction Limited converted an empty shell into the well regarded and patronized Monsoon Poon Restaurant.
- Works required significant co-ordination of services and drainage to provide reticulation to the kitchen, bar and new toilet block.
- Internal mezzanine floors were constructed for the bar and client waiting areas.
- Extensive joinery, ceiling panels and wall/seating panels were prefabricated off site and installed on site to provide a funky ethnic restaurant.
- The fit out was completed to a tight time frame and within the project budget.
