Description:
- Conversion of an old cleaning service workshop into the new Chrysler Dodge Jeep showroom, entailing extensive demolition and fit-out works.
- Carried out demolition of the first 5m of the building to make way for the replacement building frontage and display parking space.
- Removed existing internal partitions, mezzanine floor and services.
A new suspended ceiling was installed with cleaning and toilet services block, two sales offices and coffee reception space to the showroom
