The Capital Construction Team

Capital Construction Ltd is made up of:

  • Two primary directors
  • Two office manager / administration staff
  • Four Quantity Surveyor / Estimator / Project Managers
  • Fifteen wages carpenters/forman/apprentices
  • Fifteen employed contract carpenters/forman with others employed as workload requires.

Capital Construction Ltd is a dynamic team made of people with a diverse set of skills enabling us to provide experience and expertise on projects from small office alteration, strengthening to large new builds and everything in-between

Brent Wickens

Director

Brent founded Capital Construction in May 1994 and together with Steve Witkowski he directs, manages and runs Capital Construction Ltd.

Brent is also a Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager and Staff Liaison. Brent has a solid background in construction management and building. He works well with Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors and staff.

Before starting Capital Construction, Brent worked for Sertrak Ltd, Leics Management Ltd and Venture Construction as a Project Manager/Estimator. He was required to carry out budget estimating, feasibility studies, tender/negotiate sub trades, employ staff, project management and critical path planning.

Steve Witkowski

Director

Steve has been a Director with Capital Construction since November 1994.

Steve is a Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager and Staff Liaison. Steve has a solid background in building and construction management and works well with Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors and staff. 

Before joining Capital Construction Steve worked with ER Glass Construction as the Quantity Surveyor, Construction Manager; also where he completed his carpentry apprenticeship and gained his NZCB qualification.
