  • Capital Construction Ltd were brought on board to build and fit out this first of the successful Pita Pit franchises in Wellington. 
  • Working on a tight time frame and the specific requirements of the franchise, Capital Construction took the provided empty shop shell without services then undertook the renovation.
  • This was:
    • Building the new painted walls and bulkheads,
    •  Installing the services, with
    • new ceiling,
    • floor finishes,
    • joinery and
    • tiling;
    • All ready for the client’s finishing touch of signage ready to open this healthy fast food branch.
