a) Demolition of existing old house on the section then excavating and shaping the section to suit the five new townhouses
b) Installation of stormwater retention tank under the driveway to allow slow release of water from the stormwater from the units.
c) Construction of the new concrete slabs with tanked concrete block retaining walls
d) Construction of timber framed walls and floors three story units with double glazed aluminium joinery and a mixture of cladding being vertical metal longrun, vertical rusticated weatherboard, and brick cladding.
e) High quality architecturally designed fitout inclusive of clear finished plywood feature walls, designer kitchens, bathrooms and light fittings
f) Construction of low maintenance outdoor spaces inclusive of paved and timber decking areas off living spaces.
g) Provision of outdoor driveway and garage car-park spaces constructed in concrete, asphalt and grass pavers
The houses were built for high end leasing for a single landlord.
