  • Heritage leaky building remediation of the exterior consisting of removal and replacement of:
    • New tanking membrane to south side foundations with ground water drainage to retaining walls
    • Upper floors exterior cladding, steel and aluminium joinery with new welded flashings.
    • The existing inter-tenancy timber fencing, screeds and associated waterproof membranes to the deck levels 6 and 7 then
    • Torch-on membranes and substrates to the entire roof and internal gutters, plus raising the parapet walls.
    •  Exterior façade cladding levels 6-7 N&S faces
